About your new company:

New Zealand Trucks (NZT) currently operate branches in Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Christchurch, Greymouth and Cromwell. With solid growth plans over the next 18 months, we've got good systems and processes in place, now all we are missing is you!

We are the New Zealand distributors for Hiab Cranes, Zepro Tail-lifts and Bucher Municipal waste management equipment.

Our Auckland branch is looking for a Service Administrator Superstar.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Demonstrates professionalism and initiative
• Has strong organisational skills & computer literacy
• Has accounts experience & excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Has a background in customer services
• Is proactive with a "can-do" attitude

• Your responsibilities will be:
• Opening & follow through of work orders to completion
• Purchase Order Processing
• Liaise with Customers, technicians, suppliers and Parts Department to follow through work orders to invoice
• Inputting of Technician timesheets
• And any others administrative duties as required

If you are legally entitled to work in New Zealand, have a positive attitude, are pro-active, highly organised, with experience in administration preferably around the heavy machinery / equipment industries would be advantageous; as well experience with a workshop environment would be helpful.
