About this role:

An opportunity has become available in our Hamilton branch for a competent, customer service oriented Service Supervisor to join our company. You will be a natural leader, with experience managing personnel and maintaining efficient workflows.  A mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail are essential. 

You will also possess strong interpersonal skills and be a proven long-term relationship builder with customers and your team.

 What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience managing a workshop efficiently including monitoring quality of work & safety standards
• Strong organisation skills with a track record of achievement
• Ability to influence and motivate others to achieve the business vision
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience managing budgets & profit targets
• A proactive attitude towards Health & Safety and compliance
